WHO WE ARE
Falcon Air has its base of operations at Charles Prince Airport about 19 km from the capital city Harare, off the A1 highway. The company comprises of two departments namely Flight operations and Administration.
Falcon Air boasts a small workforce of highly motivated and competent personnel whose individual functions dovetail to provide safe, comfortable and affordable service to our valued customers.
Falcon Air, the aircraft section of the District Development Fund (DDF). was established more than two decades ago and is based at Charles Prince Airport in Mount Hampden. The company has in its inventory a total of six aeroplanes comprising of:
- 4 Reims F 406 Cessna Caravan Two
- 1 Reims Cessna 207 Turbo Sky wagon
- 1 Reims Rocket Cessna 182
- The hallmark of Falcon Air is safe, efficient and affordable air transport.
WHY FLY FALCON AIR
Our aircraft is faster compared to other piston engines e.g. To travel from Harare to Bulawayo it takes 54 min and Harare to Victoria falls is 1 hour 20 minutes. Other piston engines take 2 to 3 hours for similar distances.
The aircraft is also bigger and roomy hence accommodates larger groups of travelers with different configuration.

We are currently not running a training school until we have all our planes airworthy

How many aeroplanes do you have?
We have 4 x Cessna F406, 1 Cessna 182 and 1 Cessna 172
How long have you been flying?
It started operating before independence
What are your destinations?
We do domestic flights- Harare/ Bulawayo, Vic Falls, Hwange, Binga, Buffalo Range, Beitbridge, Mwenezi, Masvingo, Gweru, Kariba, Mana Pools, Kanyemba , Bumi Hills and all aerodromes with a minimum length of 1000m.
Regional-Harare/Maputo, Lanseria, Cape Town, Vilankullos, Beira, Lilongwe, Blantyre, Lusaka, Dar es Salaam, Lubumbashi, Luanda, Durban, etc
